Before my current focus on enterprise AI strategy and adoption, my career spanned software engineering, large-scale systems development, enterprise architecture, technology economics and CIO advisory. This collection brings together selected work from that period, from building and architecting enterprise systems to advising senior leaders on consequential technology and investment decisions. While the technologies have evolved, many of the underlying questions around architecture, economics, value, risk and enterprise execution remain central to my work today.
